The COVID-19 Emergency has prompted significant legislative and regulatory actions aimed at supporting providers and other health care stakeholders. These efforts have ranged from direct financial support through vehicles such as the Provider Relief Fund (PRF) to the use of waiver authority to provide much needed flexibility in certain areas.
